Infigo  Health Care Education is the sole owner of the information on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Infigo collects information from our users at several different points on our website. 


We request information from the user on our course booking form. Here, when not paying through the site, a user must provide contact information (like name, address, email address and contact number) to process the order when enrolling and paying by BACS. Online course payments are via a Pay Pal booking form, which requires the same data plus essential credit/debit card details used (see  “Links” below).  This information is used for billing purposes, to process customer orders and contact information to get in touch with the user.  


We provide professional body approved, extended scope training courses. People attending  for extended scope are required to sign an essential details register (name, address, name and date of course). This signed register is shared with the relevant professional body who may then annotate your extended scope.

If you are attending but do not need extended scope then, on booking onto the course and signing the register, you agree to this information being shared with a said professional body, so they may certify your attendance or, alternatively,  request that Infigo certify’s your attendance. You will need to sign the register but, on actual request, your details will be withheld from being sent to any professional body. 


 Data that is provided to us is securely stored on paper (signed register), password protected software and on secure cloud based servers.  The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password so that you can access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track users movement and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. 


This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we, Infigo Health Care Education, are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.  This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Website.


If a user wishes to subscribe to our Newsletter / Blog (or future newsletter/blog) we ask for contact information such as name and email address. 


This website takes every precaution to protect our users information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.  


If a users personally identifiable information changes (such as your post/zip code), or if a user no longer desires any of our services, you can request we correct or remove that users personal data provided to us. This can be done by email on

If we decide to change our ptivacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we discloseit. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
